Ingredients
  

  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Slice watermelon into thick rounds and remove rind.
  • Pat slices dry with paper towels.
  • Spread yogurt on top of each slice.
  • Stack slices if you want layers.
  • Freeze for 2–3 hours.
  • Cut and serve cold.

Notes

Use sweet, ripe watermelon for best taste.
Do not skip drying the slices.
Serve quickly after removing from freezer.
