Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed vegan cookies or granola
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the berries and slice the strawberries.
  • In a bowl, mix coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  • Add chia seeds and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place crushed cookies or granola at the bottom of a jar.
  • Add a layer of the cream mixture.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries.
  • Repeat layers until the jar is full.
  • Chill the dessert for 20–30 minutes.
  • Add extra berries on top and serve.

Notes

Use fresh berries for the best taste.
Frozen berries work if thawed and drained.
Add granola right before serving for better crunch.
