Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes – crisp base
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil – helps browning
  • ½ teaspoon salt – flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper – balance
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder – savory depth
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder – mild sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Peel and shred potatoes.
