Instructions
 

  • Brown butter over medium heat until golden. Cool slightly.
  • Whisk butter with sugars until smooth.
  • Add egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
