Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orzo pasta – creamy base
  • 2 cups broccoli florets – texture and balance
  • 2 tbsp butter – richness
  • 2 cloves garlic minced – flavor
  • cups broth – cooks the orzo
  • ½ cup milk or cream – creaminess
  • 1 cup shredded cheese – flavor and melt
  • Salt and black pepper – seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add broth and broccoli. Simmer until tender.
