Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper
  • cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups milk for gravy

Instructions
 

  • Pound chicken to even thickness. Season well.
  • Mix flour and spices in one bowl. Mix eggs and buttermilk in another.
  • Coat chicken in flour, egg, then flour again.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
  • Make gravy with pan drippings, flour, and milk.
  • Serve chicken with gravy on top.
