- 1½ pounds ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup ketchup divided
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook onion and garlic. Cool slightly.
Mix eggs, milk, ketchup, and sauce.
Add chicken and seasoning.
Stir in breadcrumbs and onion.
Transfer to pan and top with ketchup.
Bake 45–55 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Do not overmix.
Use a thermometer.
