boneless chicken breasts or thighs

mushrooms
sliced

small onion
chopped

garlic cloves

chicken broth

heavy cream

butter

olive oil

paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or thyme
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat.
Brown chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Add mushrooms and cook until golden.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
Pour in broth and scrape the pan.
Stir in cream and herbs.
Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Use plant-based cream for dairy-free version.
Add spinach for extra greens.
