Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas in a bowl
  • Mix in melted butter
  • Add sugar, egg, and vanilla
  • Stir in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  • Add flour and mix lightly
  • Pour into greased pan
  • Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes
  • Cool before slicing

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
Do not overmix batter
