Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas – natural sweetness and moisture
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour – structure
  • 1/2 cup butter – richness
  • 3/4 cup sugar + 1/4 cup brown sugar – flavor balance
  • 2 eggs – binding
  • 1/4 cup milk – softness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – aroma
  • 1 tsp baking soda – rise

  • 1 tsp cinnamon – warm spice
  • Crumb Topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
  • Combine dry ingredients separately.
  • Mix wet and dry gently.
  • Prepare crumb topping.
  • Pour batter into pan and add topping.
  • Bake 50–60 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing.
