Ingredients
  

  • For the Oatmeal Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk any kind
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Cinnamon Swirl
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
  • For the Glaze
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the oat mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar or maple syrup. Drizzle the swirl on top and use a spoon to lightly swirl it in.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm oatmeal bake.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use rolled oats for the best texture.
Add raisins, apples, pecans, or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
If you want it sweeter, add extra brown sugar or glaze.
Warm the glaze slightly for a smoother drizzle.
