  • 2 long carrots, chopped

  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • ½  cup buffalo hot sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 cup  plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons  ranch dressing (for drizzle, use yogurt-based for a healthier option)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Vegetables

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chickencauliflower ricechopped celerycarrotsdiced onion, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.

Add the Sauce and Seasoning
