Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Steam vegetables until tender.
  • Make sauce with butter, flour, and milk.
  • Stir in sour cream and cheese.
  • Mix vegetables with sauce.
  • Transfer to baking dish.
  • Add topping.
  • Bake until bubbly.

Notes

Do not overcook vegetables.
