- 2 lbs ground beef 80/20
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: 4 strips bacon ½ cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp heavy cream
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
Add bacon or cheese if desired.
Bake 45–55 minutes until internal temp reads 160°F.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
