Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef 80/20
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: 4 strips bacon ½ cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
  • Add bacon or cheese if desired.
  • Bake 45–55 minutes until internal temp reads 160°F.
  • Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat.
High-fat beef gives the best texture.
Add bone broth if mixture feels dry.
Great for meal prep and freezing.
