- 1/2 medium red onion finely diced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large lemons juiced (approx. 4-5 tablespoons)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt add more to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Drain and rinse the beans thoroughly in a colander.
