Ingredients
  

  • pounds ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup or marinara
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook onion and garlic. Cool slightly.
  • Mix eggs and milk.
  • Add chicken and seasoning.
  • Stir in Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and onion.
  • Transfer to pan and top with sauce.
  • Bake 45–55 minutes.
  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix.
Use a thermometer if possible.
Let rest before slicing.
