Ingredients

ground chicken

grated Parmesan cheese

eggs

breadcrumbs

milk

finely chopped

garlic

Italian seasoning

ketchup or marinara

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook onion and garlic. Cool slightly.
Mix eggs and milk.
Add chicken and seasoning.
Stir in Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and onion.
Transfer to pan and top with sauce.
Bake 45–55 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix.
Use a thermometer if possible.
