Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup dairy-free whipping cream
  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Optional dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • Beat vegan cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Whip dairy-free cream until fluffy.
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Dip Oreos quickly in cooled coffee.
  • Arrange dipped Oreos in a layer in the dish.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  • Repeat layers with Oreos and cream.
  • Dust cocoa powder on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

• Dip Oreos quickly so they do not fall apart.
• Chill overnight for best flavor.
• Use decaf coffee if serving children.
