Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz orange juice or grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Strawberry slices or cucumber rounds
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar for glass rim optional
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into salt or sugar if desired.
  • Add mint leaves and fruit slices into a shaker. Press gently to release flavor.
  • Pour in tequila, lime juice, citrus juice, and honey or syrup.
  • Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint or lime. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh citrus juice for the best taste.
Adjust sweetness based on preference.
Chill the glass before serving for extra freshness.
Do not over-muddle herbs to avoid bitterness.
