Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
Cook chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
Cook mushrooms until soft.
Add garlic and onion.
Add broth and cream. Stir well.
Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook the chicken.
Adjust sauce thickness with broth if needed.
