Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings:
  • Lime juice
  • Chili powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Remove husks and silk from the corn.
  • Rinse lightly and pat dry.
  • Brush corn with olive oil or butter.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place corn on grill and cook for 10–15 minutes.
  • Turn every few minutes for even char.
  • Remove from grill and spread butter on top.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

Use fresh corn for the best taste
Turn corn often to avoid burning
Add butter while corn is hot for better flavor
Do not overcook or corn will dry out
