Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Combine both gently.
  • Add blueberries.
  • Fill muffin cups.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
