  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, thyme, and a pinch of salt.
  • Coat the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Dredge each tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.

  • Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray with olive oil, and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place tenders in the basket, spray with olive oil, and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve: Serve hot with tzatziki sauce, lemon wedges, or in a pita.
