Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add beef mixture to a baking dish. Pour cream mixture over it.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  • Let it rest before serving.

Notes

Drain the beef to avoid a greasy casserole.
Use full-fat cheese for better flavor.
Let it rest before cutting so it holds its shape.
