Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook ground beef until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  • Stir in seasoning, cream cheese, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and let melt.
  • Remove from heat and add lettuce and pickles.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Add lettuce only at the end for crunch.
Use freshly shredded cheese for smooth melting.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
