- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook ground beef until browned.
Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Stir in seasoning, cream cheese, ketchup, and mustard.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and let melt.
Remove from heat and add lettuce and pickles.
