- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in a pot over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
