Ingredients
  

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly ranch dressing
  • 2 slices keto bread or lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper

  • Avocado slices
  • Tomato slices

Instructions
 

  • Season and cook the chicken until fully done. Let it rest, then slice it.
  • Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Spread butter on the bread and toast it until golden.
  • Place cheese on the warm bread or chicken to soften it.
  • Add chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing. Add extras if you like.
  • Close the sandwich and heat it for 1–2 minutes for melted cheese.
  • Slice and serve while warm.

Do not overcook the chicken or it will turn dry.
