Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 low carb tortillas
  • 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix shredded chicken, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheese.
  • Warm tortillas briefly in the microwave.
  • Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Brush lightly with butter or oil.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Warm tortillas to prevent cracking.
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
Serve with ranch dressing or guacamole.
