Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional:
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls.
  • Mix egg yolks with cream cheese, mozzarella, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  • Spoon small rounds onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for better whipping.
Fold egg whites gently to keep the batter fluffy.
Let bread cool before removing from parchment paper.
