Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower or zucchini
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef until browned
  • Add garlic and seasoning
  • Add vegetables and cook slightly
  • Stir in cream and cream cheese
  • Transfer to baking dish
  • Add cheese on top
  • Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes
