Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef – Juicy and filling base
  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced – Low-carb veggie
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil – Helps cooking and adds flavor
  • 1 small Onion chopped – Adds mild sweetness
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced – Boosts flavor
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning – Herby taste
  • ½ tsp Salt – Enhances flavor
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper – Mild heat
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes – Optional spice
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese – Creates creamy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar – Melts beautifully

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef. Cook until browned and no pink remains.
  • Stir in onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Mix in zucchini. Cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cover and melt for 2–3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

Notes

Use dairy-free cheese to make it dairy-free.
Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
