Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold dry mix into egg whites.
  • Add vinegar and warm water. Fold gently.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

Do not overmix the batter.
