- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed optional
Line pan with parchment paper.
Heat peanut butter and honey on low.
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Add oats and extras. Mix well.
Press firmly into pan.
Chill for 1 hour.
Slice and serve.
Press mixture firmly.
Chill fully before cutting.
Store in fridge for best texture.
