Ingredients

large cucumber
chopped

Kalamata olives

feta cheese

Salt and black pepper

Instructions
Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Add vegetables and olives to a large bowl.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
Add herbs, taste, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for best flavor
Add dressing slowly to avoid overdressing
Add avocado just before serving
Serve chilled or at room temperature
