Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 apples diced
  • cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
  • Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Whisk milk, eggs, butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures. Fold in apples.
  • Pour into dish and bake 40–45 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Dice apples small for best texture.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
