- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of chili flakes optional

In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden.
Add the sausage slices back to the pan and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat and gently mix in the diced avocado.
Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add chili flakes if you like it spicy.
Serve warm and enjoy your tasty Sausage and Avocado meal!
Use ripe avocados for the best creamy texture.
You can add eggs or cheese for a breakfast version.
For a lighter meal, use chicken or turkey sausage.
Always add the avocado at the end so it doesn’t turn mushy.
