Ingredients
  

  • 2 sausages any type you like — pork, chicken, or turkey
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of chili flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sausages and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning often, until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the sausages and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Add the sausage slices back to the pan and stir to combine.
  • Turn off the heat and gently mix in the diced avocado.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add chili flakes if you like it spicy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your tasty Sausage and Avocado meal!

Notes

Use ripe avocados for the best creamy texture.
You can add eggs or cheese for a breakfast version.
For a lighter meal, use chicken or turkey sausage.
