Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 4 –5 fresh mint leaves
  • Splash club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit and mint to shaker. Muddle gently.
  • Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill with ice and shake 15–20 seconds.
  • Strain into glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and garnish.
