Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk or yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash bananas in a bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients together.
  • Combine dry ingredients separately.
  • Mix dry into wet gently.
  • Fold in strawberries.
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake 50–60 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
Do not overmix batter.
Toss strawberries in flour to prevent sinking.
