- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup melted butter or oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional:
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tray.
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
Fold in chopped strawberries.
Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
Let cool slightly, then serve.
