Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta and drain.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same pan.
  • Add cream and broth. Simmer.
  • Stir in cheese, tomatoes, and spinach.
  • Add chicken and pasta. Toss and serve.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
Add broth if sauce gets thick.
Serve immediately.
