- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ cup vegan butter melted
- ¼ cup plant milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flour for coating blueberries
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix melted vegan butter with sugars until smooth.
Add plant milk and vanilla, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
Coat blueberries with flour and fold into batter.
Pour batter into lined baking pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool completely before slicing.
