Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup vegan butter melted
  • ¼ cup plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flour for coating blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix melted vegan butter with sugars until smooth.
  • Add plant milk and vanilla, mix well.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
  • Coat blueberries with flour and fold into batter.
  • Pour batter into lined baking pan.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter
Use parchment paper for easy removal
Do not overbake to keep blondies soft
Let cool fully before cutting
