Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon plant milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
  • Optional:
  • dairy-free ice cream
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt vegan butter in a microwave-safe mug for 20–30 seconds.
  • Add white sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Mix in plant milk until smooth.
  • Add flour and stir until thick batter forms.
  • Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 35–45 seconds.
  • Let cool for 30 seconds, then enjoy.

Notes

Do not overcook or the dessert will become dry.
Add extra chocolate chips for richer flavor.
A pinch of espresso powder deepens chocolate taste.
